About me

Leading one of Symphony's four engineering divisions, Yannick is responsible for the development and delivery of key elements of the Symphony product suite: the messaging experience on desktop and mobile, federation with external communication networks, the quality engineering organisation, Symphony Directory and all interoperability platforms.

Before joining Symphony in March 2021, Yannick held several engineering leadership positions at travel industry IT company Amadeus.
