Ciarán McGonagle is Chief Legal & Product Officer at Tokenovate, leading innovation in financial infrastructure through blockchain and smart contract technology. Formerly Assistant General Counsel at ISDA, he is an advocate for standardisation in tokenised finance. Ciarán has authored multiple works on digital assets and regulatory frameworks and has been actively involved in the development of CDM since its inception.
